The Times Union reported today about a major addition to Moreau Lake State Park, just north of Saratoga. Moreau was a great little park, but it wasn’t big, and given its proximity to Saratoga (and the presence of its excellent beach), it was almost always crowded.
It sounds like this addition should help that in a major way, as well as being great for the local ecosystem.
