Cocktail: The Paper Plane

A solid choice for a summery drink that still features whisky. It’s equal parts Bourbon, lemon juice, Aperol, and Amaro Nonino. That last ingredient is fairly expensive (though I guess no more so than the bourbon I used), so I used Amaro Meletti instead, as recommended by Jaron at The Foods Guy.

  • 3/4 oz Bourbon
  • 3/4 oz lemon juice
  • 3/4 oz Aperol
  • 3/4 oz Amaro Meletti

Shake with ice and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a tiny paper plane if you’re feeling fancy.
