NA Beer: Guinness 0

A beer can and full pint glass on a kitchen counter. Some food appears in the foreground, and some jars in the background. The beer can is black with some blue trim. The harp logo of the Guinness brand shows on the front with Guinness spelled out beneath. The pint glass is full of a deep black liquid, with a layer of light colored foam on top.

This is a pretty solid version of ordinary Guinness (which is already a fairly low ABV at 4.2%). It’s not quite as clean in its flavor (though in fairness, I’m comparing the NA version from a can to my memory of regular Guinness on draft), but it’s a decent NA option if you’re somewhere that only serves macrobrews.

It went quite well with some bangers and mash 😋

A plate with some mashed potatoes, a large sausage, some cooked carrots and a dark colored chutney sits on a kitchen counter. There's a small glass jar of the chutney and a spoon off to the left. A beer can and full pint glass are behind the plate, and some storage jars are behind that. The beer can is black with some blue trim. The harp logo of the Guinness brand shows on the front with Guinness spelled out beneath. The pint glass is full of a deep black liquid, with a layer of light colored foam on top.
