There’s an article in today’s Times Union about an up and coming Tapas and Wine bar opening this spring in downtown Troy.
I’ve long lamented the lack of any tapas place in the area (if I’m missing one, please correct me). I especially like that the proprietors look at tapas as more of a paradigm than a specific type of cuisine. (It’s actually similar in my mind to how the owners of Tipsy Taco in Latham look at tacos.)
