I do a fair amount of reading of articles, relying heavily on mastodon and BlueSky for topical news and discussion, and on RSS from local media for local news. I often post (or repost/boost) articles on the platform where I found them, but I haven’t been good about centralizing that anywhere.
I’d like to try doing that here. Admittedly, the friction of going to a separate app/site to share will mean that I neglect to share any number of articles I read, particularly the shorter ones. But that might be a useful heuristic, discouraging me from sharing things I didn’t find as meaningful. I should be able to use the “tags” feature to help pull things together later.
We’ll see how it goes.
