Improving the Harriman Campus

It would be hard to catalog all the damage governors and other state-level officials of New York State have done to the City of Albany. The Harriman campus is just one example. So it’s great to read about efforts by local state legislators and other officials to try and mitigate just a bit of the damage the “uptown parking lot district” causes to the City.
