Another attempt at Paul Hollywood’s Basic Wholemeal Bread. I think it came out quite a bit better, though I could have scored it slightly deeper, and maybe the second rise could have been a bit longer?
But it tastes good, and the texture and structure seem decent enough.
I’ve enjoyed baking bread directly on the stone in the oven, instead of on a tray.
